Ska, Jamaican is a music genre that originated in Jamaica in the late 1950s, and was the precursor to rocksteady and reggae. Ska combined elements of Caribbean mento and calypso with American jazz and rhythm and blues. In 1995, punk band Rancid released the ska single "Time Bomb" which reached #8 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks, becoming the first major American ska hit of the 1990s. Over the next few years, a string of notable ska and ska-influenced singles became hits on mainstream radio, including "Spiderwebs" by No Doubt, "Sell Out" by Reel Big Fish and "The Impression That I Get" by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, all of whom would reach platinum status with each of their respective albums.

75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated, (This likely applies to half the world's population). Dehydration contributes to headaches and fatigue, often mistaken for a lack of sleep. One glass of water shuts down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters investigated in a University of Washington study. Preliminary research elsewhere indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
The Conquistadors that conquered South America and Mexico during the 1500's came from Spain bringing horses and early guns known as Arquebus'; neither of which had yet reached the Americas. Before they were demolished, the Incas of South America made the grave mistake of underestimating the Conquistadors, who's 150 or so explorers were dwarfed by 80,000 Inca warriors. The Inca chief considered them fools for wearing cooking pots on their heads (actually steel helmets).

Natural rubber originates from the sap of the rubber tree. Natural rubber is made from latex which is acquired by tapping into the bark layers of the rubber tree.
